One of the things that you can do. Is you can work with the right people, you can hire the right people. If you hire one commercial right, you get a hundred, maybe a thousand results will flow to you naturally the day after day. And finding the right people is one of my favorite insights was discovering that the Warren Buffet uses a rule.
For who he hires and I call it now the three I's cuz they're alliterated integrity, number one, intelligence and initiative. And he adds that. You've got to get them in the right order because if they don't have integrity, then the other two can hurt you.
