Lesson 7: What is a Sophisticated Investor?
In this video, I will explain what a sophisticated investor is and how that differs from an accredited investor and why that's important. So a sophisticated investor is a person who is deemed to have sufficient investing experience and knowledge to weigh the risk and merits of an investment opportunity, but does not meet the accredited investor qualifications.
