Prior to entering the real estate industry, Dave studied architecture in college, spent some time in Bolivia, and founded a series of camping stores called The Spitting Llama. He went back to Maine in 2009, earned his MBA, and met Brian Sprague. They established Katahdin Property Management jointly.
