Jake has been investing both passively and actively in Real Estate for the past 15 years and raising private funds for strategic value-add investments and long-term holds. Jake is a CPA by training, but also holds a builder's license and has led large-scale renovation and ground-up projects. This truly rare combination means that Jake understands both the economics and what investors are looking for because he is one himself, but also the actual nuts and bolts of a value-add strategy.



Getting started with Real Estate Investing in 2007 resulted in a quick run-up in values and then an abrupt market reversal during the financial crisis of 2008.   I've had the opportunity to navigate an incredibly trying real estate cycle and all am always proud to say that all of my investors were paid back in full with their anticipated returns.   

Through real-life experience, I've learned how to persist and find a way to be successful no matter the market.
